LISEGA PST – HIPAC integration project concluded

As planned, in September the extension of Shop I at LISEGA PST was completed, thereby creating the conditions for the integration of HIPAC manufacture in Shop I. At the end of September the operating machinery was then moved in only two weeks from Shop II into the new workshop. In future, therefore, LISEGA has only one manufacturing location in Shanghai. “By combining the two fabrication areas we expect lower logistics costs, shorter processing times, higher flexibility with regard to personnel deployment and in consequence greater productivity”, explained the head of production, Derek Kong, who managed the project. Through new orders from India, the USA and France, the HIPAC production facilities will be well utilized in the coming months.
