In diesem Jahr fand das Betriebsfest zum ersten Mal in Form eines Grillfestes statt. Obwohl die Wetteraussichten zunächst nicht gut waren, kam die Sonne am Freitagmittag pünktlich zum Grillen durch. Nachdem sich alle gestärkt hatten, richtete Herr Hardtke ein paar Worte an die Belegschaft und nahm anschließend mit den anderen Vorständen die Ehrung der Jubilare vor. In diesem Jahr haben insgesamt 5 Mitarbeiter 25-jähriges und 39 (!) Mitarbeiter 10-jähriges Jubiläum.
