Overhaul of a snubber test bench in Ukraine

After several years of preparation, the first complete overhaul of a PR-5000 snubber test bench was successfully carried out by a 3-man LISEGA team in November at the Saporischschja power station. Saporischschja is Europe’s largest nuclear power plant. The original test bench was supplied by LISEGA back in 1983.

The customer, Energoatom, was very impressed with the functional spectrum of the updated test bench, the performance of our team and our great reliability regarding deadlines. As a result, we have a good chance of being awarded follow-on orders for two other overhauls of PR-2000 test benches in Saporischschja and Riwne. Keeping up with the tight schedule was only possible due to the outstanding collaboration of all the departments involved (Production Technology, Order Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, Quality Management and Sales International).
