LISEGA SE – Award as Innovation Ambassador

Every year since 2008 the Chamber of Commerce in Stade and Lüneburg-Wolfsburg, North Germany, have presented their ‘Innovation Ambassador’ awards. These are given to outstanding entrepreneurs who, as thinkers outside the box, have implemented innovative strategies in their companies. At the beginning of 2013 Hans-Herlof Hardtke was proclaimed Chamber of Commerce Innovation Ambassador but had not yet officially received his certificate. This was presented to him at the beginning of May. Mr. Petz from the Stade Chamber of Commerce undertook to do this in Zeven. The motivation for this award was the company’s special personnel management and corporate culture, which were considered to be the actual innovations at LISEGA. A particularly positive company climate and the respectful treatment of employees by management play an important role in this regard.
